Important Notice
This retreat package is a combined hospitality and wellness service, not a traditional tour or travel service. It is not governed by consumer protection laws applicable to package travel arrangements under certain jurisdictions. By booking this retreat, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- This package is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or early departures.
- Guests are permitted one-time rescheduling, provided the request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.
- No further changes will be permitted after the first rescheduling.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- The retreat includes wellness consultations and assessments provided by Mycells Longevity Clinic by SuperiorMed, a licensed health and wellness provider in Dubai.
- All services are preventive and wellness-focused. They do not replace formal medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Participation in any wellness service is voluntary and requires the guest’s informed consent.
- The retreat does not provide emergency medical services. Guests experiencing medical emergencies during their stay should contact local emergency services.
- Guests with chronic or serious health conditions are strongly encouraged to consult their primary healthcare provider before joining the program.
4. Participant Eligibility & Responsibility
- The retreat is available to guests aged 18 and above.
- Guests must provide accurate medical and personal information during their consultation and agree to follow all professional guidance provided.
- The hotel and provider reserve the right to decline service to guests whose health conditions are deemed unsuitable for the retreat.
5. Liability & Insurance
- Neither the hotel nor SuperiorMed will be liable for any direct or indirect effects, discomfort, or reactions resulting from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- Guests are strongly advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance covering wellness and medical services during travel.
6. Data Privacy
- All personal and health-related information will be managed in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
- Such information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the hotel or provider (including but not limited to natural disasters, travel bans, or pandemics), the retreat may be rescheduled.
- Guests may choose a new date under the same rescheduling conditions. No refunds will be issued.
